      1) That sedation will always be a neccessity
      2) That some FUCK can so easily ruin your life for nothing more than a whim
      3) becoming the truly evil person I try to be the opposite of
      4) That I will never have all the things I need to be as healthy as possible & live as long as I can.
      5) That "friends & family" are all illusions & delusions & that we will all be very alone till we die alone & miserable. I like to pretend this isnt true but I often wonder.

    Anything bad happening to my son
    Being slowly eaten alive while still conscious
    Drunk (or stupid) drivers (and by default, deadly car accidents)
    Not being attractive to my mate
    Losing the people I love

    Whew! Now that I've purged them, I don't have to worry about them anymore.

    1) violent death/rape (me or people I love)
    2) anything horrible happening to my niece
    3) torture
    4) being buried alive
    5) any disease (e.g., ALS) where my mind is fine and my body fails me completely

    numba one. gaining more weight than i can reasonably lose or becoming unredeemably unattractive.
    numba two. anything happening to my son.
    numba three. getting beaten to death.
    numba four. excrutiatingly humiliating exposure.
    numba five. you know every thing else just seems so petty.....i mean i could say insects but its not like i lose sleep over it.
