People that drive like shit and when you drive past them you discover to no surprise, YEP, sure nuff', on the mother fuckin' cell phone!!! I drive just fine on the phone and can even chew gum and touch myself at the same time. I don't know why it's so hard for so many people? When does that law that requires a hands free device go into effect?
